The commonly used materials for inflatable boat pontoons are PVC and Hypalon. We use domestically produced PVC, available in 0.7mm, 0.9mm, and 1.2mm thicknesses.

For special requirements, we can also purchase VALMEX material.

For Hypalon

We commonly use Achilles, but also Orca and the Taiwanese brand. Regarding the boat's bottom plate, we offer both soft-bottomed, foldable and rigid options. Soft-bottomed, foldable boats come in various materials, while rigid, non-foldable boats use 5083 aluminum alloy.

Inflatable paddle boards add a lot of fun to water play with their colorful designs, making color design very important. Different brands have their own unique design philosophies and styles.

To achieve a distinctive design, you need to combine your brand image with the elements you want, design them for us to produce, or tell us your design concept, and we will create a design draft for your confirmation.

Material selection

Regarding materials, the available materials are warp-knitted ordinary material, warp-knitted reinforced material, woven ordinary material, and woven reinforced material. Different materials have different thicknesses, hardness, toughness, and prices. Warp-knitted ordinary material and warp-knitted reinforced material are the most common on the market. If your brand is positioned as a high-end brand, woven reinforced material is your best choice; it is lightweight yet extremely stiff.
