A: Yes, we can make board according to customer requirements, like size, color, shape and graphic exactly.
3.Q:Is sample available?
A: Yes, sample can be sent for checking before bulk production.
The production time for sample is about 7 days, and we will ship samples by express (FedEx, TNT, DHL etc.)
4.Q: How long is your production time for regular order?
A: Usually 25-30 days depends on order quantity, but might be longer if there is holiday or the quantity is too large.
5.Q: Is there any warranty?
We provide 1 years’ warranty. Any fault caused by non-artificial reason we should maintain it freely or provide replacement.
6.Q: What testes have we passed?
A: Our material is Eco-friendly, which are manufactured and tested strictly according to the European standards, such as CE.
7.Q: How long does delivery take?
A: After receive the deposit:
- 20FT container: 20-25 days;
- 40HQ container: 30-35 days.

- A: 1) T/T 30% deposit down payment, 70% before the shipping.
2) L/C, D/P, Western Union, PayPal according to different condition.

0.9mm Drop Stitches with a drop stitch density of 2800sq m.
11.Q:What's the thickness of material used?
We currently use D500,also we have D1000. Ideally,we would maintain the thcikness so the boards' durability.
12.Q:What are your EVA pads specs?
Usually our boards use 3mm thickness EVA,we also have 4mm,5mm thickness EVA.
